ATE Device Interface Board (DIB) Diagnostics
ACD’s ATE DIB Diagnostics Services can help ensure functional boards are delivered to the production sites. As part of this service, we can:

  • Consult and Quote
  • Write a Test Plan (if requested)
  • Write the Diagnostics code
  • Debug the Diagnostics code
  • Perform the board verification

If the Diagnostics code already exists, ACD can simply perform the board verification. All board verification includes:

  • 1-hour of debug per board allowance
  • Assembly warranty
  • Parts warranty
  • Competitive fixed costs
